Maj. Robert Jones, the commanding officer of Recruiting Station New York, addresses poolees during a pool function Feb. 16, 2013. Poolees are individuals who have entered the Marine Corps Delayed Entry Program and are waiting to ship to recruit training. At the pool function they received a class on different weapons systems the Marine Corps uses.
