Medical responders stabilize a simulated neck injury victim during the Expeditionary Medical Support Health Response Team training on Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, Dec. 12, 2012. The exercise focused on mass-casualty training scenarios and humanitarian aid in response to crisis situations.
