Tech. Sgt. Bobbie Lynn Sherman, 375th Air Mobility Wing Legal Office NCOIC, runs 10 warm-up laps for the Pregnancy and Post-partum fitness class at the Fitness Center. The class, offered by the Health and Wellness Center every Wednesday at 3 p.m., offers aerobics and strength training to new moms in an adjustable manner to meet each woman’s individual needs.
