SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, Ill -- An Airman from the 375th Communications Squadron tests new fiber optic cable with light source and power meter for new 375th Security Force Squadron building March 2, 2010. The 375th Communication Squadron's cable maintenance element or Cable Dawgs are a vital to providing communication capability for Scott Air Force Base. The Cable Dawgs are charged with sustaining the voice systems in support of US Transportation Command, Air Mobility Command headquarters, 18th Air Force, 618th Tanker Airlift Control Center, three flying wings and more than 50 associate units.
