WASHINGTON -- Air Force Secretary Dr. James G. Roche unveiled a memorial at Arlington National Cemetery on Jan.8 to honor Tech. Sgt. John A. Chapman who was killed March 4, 2002, while fighting against the Taliban during Operation Anaconda in Afghanistan.
