Sgt. Robert M. Bagley, a scout sniper with Special-Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force from Houston, Texas, explains the nomenclature for a .50 caliber special- application scoped rifle to Marines and sailors while in Entebbe, Uganda, December 27.The Marines from SP-MAGTF Crisis Response are currently postured in Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti and Entebbe, Uganda, to better respond to any threats against U.S personnel and interests in South Sudan. SP-MAGTF Crisis Response is a self-mobile, self-sustaining force capable of responding to a range of crises to protect both U.S. and partner-nation security interests in the region, while also strengthening partnerships throughout the U.S. European Command and U.S. Africa Command area of responsibility.
