Spadaro, the sergeant major of Marine Forces Reserve and Marine Forces North talks with an Individual Ready Reserve Marine during the annual IRR Mega-Muster in Fort Worth, Texas, Jan. 11, 2014. The Marine once worked under Spadaro during his prior enlistment. The annual mega-muster is sponsored by the Marine Corps Individual Reserve Support Activity, Marine Forces Reserve.
