Justin Waller, a dog handler with Kilo Co., 3rd Bn., 7th Marines, and a 23-year-old native of Pleasanton, Calif., search a shop in the Qasim Bazaar, Jan. 17, 2014. Collard, a 29-year-old native of Angleton, Texas, and Marines in his platoon searched the bazaar for weapons caches and materials used to make improvised explosive devices.
