Singapore army Brig. Gen. Desmond Tan (right) acknowledges the hard work of U.S. Marine Corps 1st Lt. James Woolley, the site officer in charge, and the site’s multinational team during his visit to Tabaek Ngam School in Phitsanulok province, Kingdom of Thailand, Feb. 10, 2014. The school is one of four locations supported by Exercise Cobra Gold 2014, a Thai-U.S. co-sponsored exercise committed to improving regional partnership, prosperity and security in the Asia-Pacific region. Tan is the chief guards officer and commander of the 21st Division. Woolley is with Engineer Company, Marine Wing Support Squadron 171, Marine Aircraft Group 12, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, III Marine Expeditionary Force.
