An Okinawa child salutes the national ensigns of the U.S. and Japan April 29 at Camp Foster during a community outreach seminar called Marine Corps 101. The event allows Okinawa citizens the opportunity to learn the history of the U.S. Marine Corps and see military life on the installations. The tour is a regular function that helps strengthen ties between the two nations.
