Sgt. Maj. Lee D. Bonar, left, and Lt. Gen. John Wissler salute the national flags of Japan and the U.S. during the post, relief and retirement of Sgt. Maj. Steven D. Morefield June 17 at Camp Hansen. Morefield served in the Marine Corps for 32 years and was the III Marine Expeditionary Force sergeant major from June 2011 to June 2014. Bonar is the new III MEF sergeant major, and Wissler is the commanding general of III MEF.
