Staff Sgt. Eric Boyd, a Pinetop, Arizona, native, clears the barrel of an M240B machine gun after it finished firing June 25 at Camp Schwab. Marines fired various weapons mounted on assault amphibious vehicles to prepare for a live-fire maneuver in July as part of the Korean Marine Exchange Program. Williams is an AAV crewman with 3rd Assault Amphibian Battalion, currently assigned to Combat Assault Battalion, 3rd Marine Division, III Marine Expeditionary Force, under the unit deployment program.
