Senior enlisted advisors play the role of Marine Corps lance corporals, during the Lance Corporal Leadership Ethics Seminar at the Marine Corps Support Facility New Orleans auditorium, Aug. 27, 2014. Divided into groups, senior Marines wrote down the qualities they believed defined four different attributes; social, mental, physical and spirit. The course was an educational blueprint to expose senior leadership to the seminar that their Marines will encounter.
