Sgt. Zachary J. Harbour, from Phoenix, Arizona, tracks unit movements in the Yausubetsu Maneuver Area Aug. 31 during Artillery Relocation Training Program 14-2 in Hokkaido, Japan. During the battalion phase of ARTP 14-2, Marines working in the command operations center provided command and control support for all aspects of the live-fire artillery training. Harbor is a chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear defense specialist with the Headquarters Battery, 3rd Battalion, 12th Marine Regiment, 3rd Marine Division, III Marine Expeditionary Force.
