Marines pull a simulated casualty, suspected of exposure to hazardous material, onto a stretcher during an assessment and consequence management response training event Aug. 27 at Marine Corps Air Station Futenma. The casualties were brought to a decontamination table where they were cut out of their clothes, cleaned and then transported to a medical facility. The Marines are chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear defense specialists with Marine Wing Headquarters Squadron 1, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, III Marine Expeditionary Force.
