Lance Corporal Dashaun Dancy, an ammo technician with Ammo Company, 1st Supply Battalion fires an M249 SAW aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, Calif., Sept. 17, 2014. The Marines were required to engage simulated targets with weapons ranging from M1014 Benelli shotguns to AT-4 rocket launchers. The live-fire ranges were part of an annual training package to keep the Marines confident and proficient with each weapon system.
