A Marine with Special Reaction Team uses his cellphone prior to “going hot” or firing live ammunition at Range 22 for marksmanship/observer training Jan. 6. The Marines employed the M110 semi-automatic sniper system for the training. The SRT is with the Camp Foster Provost Marshal’s Office, Marine Corps Installations Pacific, Marine Corps Base Camp Butler. SRT is the military equivalent of Special Weapons and Tactics teams.
