Marines with Technical Rescue Platoon, Chemical Biological Incident Response Force, attach to each other during a rappel rescue training scenario, Feb. 3, at Henrico Fire Drill Facility in Glen Allen, Virginia. During this scenario, one of the Marines simulate having faulty equipment, allowing the other Marine to attach to the victim and assist him down the tower.
