A Marine with Technical Rescue Platoon, Chemical Biological Incident Response Force, rappels down a tower, Feb. 3, at Henrico Fire Drill Facility in Glen Allen, Virginia. The training is part of a four-day event coordinated between CBIRF and the Henrico County Division of Fire to enhance and exchange technical rescue skills between the two.
