Staff Sgt. Absalon A. Cabrera guides his gunner on target at a range at Marine Air Ground Combat Center Twentynine Palms, California, Jan. 26 during Integrated Training Exercise 2-15. The jump team trained with machine guns, and fire and maneuver to hone their convoy skills to be able to successfully move the command element’s commanding officer. ITX 2-15 is designed to integrate combined arms and improve warfighting capabilities. Cabrera, an infantry unit leader, is the jump team commander with Headquarters Company, 4th Marine Regiment, 3rd Marine Division, III Marine Expeditionary Force.
