A crew chief with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 261 fuels an MV-22B Osprey while another inspects the aircraft prior to take-off aboard Marine Corps Air Station New River, N.C., March 3, 2015. Crew chiefs are essential to Osprey pilots, as they can see areas the pilot cannot and can make adjustments to components while in flight.
