A UH-1Y Huey helicopter flies into the Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, Nepal, after a search and rescue operation May 13. A UH-1Y Huey assigned to Marine Light Attack Helicopter Squadron 469, carrying six Marines and two Nepalese soldiers, went missing while conducting humanitarian assistance after a 7.3 magnitude earthquake May 12. The Marines with HMLA-469, currently part of Joint Task Force 505 participating in operation Sahayogi Haat, responded in support of the government of Nepal after a 7.8 magnitude earthquake struck the country April 25.
