Marine Cpl. David B. Gale washes his face after completing the OC Spray Performance Evaluation Course on Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan, Aug. 27, 2015. Marines, Soldiers, Sailors and Airmen from across Okinawa participated in the Non-Lethal Weapons Instructor Course, which is only offered once a year to the service members on island. Gale from Kennewick, Washington, is a chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear defense specialist, with Headquarters Battalion, 3rd Marine Division, III Marine Expeditionary Force, and will have the collateral duty of non-lethal weapons instructor upon completion of the course.
