The parade staff from Marine Barracks Washington, D.C. marches during the Marine Corps' Birthday Wreath Laying Ceremony at the Marine Corps War Memorial, Arlington, Va., Nov. 10, 2015. The wreath laying ceremony honored the Corps’ 240th birthday. The official party for the ceremony was Gen. Robert Neller, commandant of the Marine Corps, and Sen.
