An amphibious assault vehicle prepares to enter the water as Alpha Company, 2nd Assault Amphibian Battalion, begins company-level beach operations on Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, N.C., Dec. 5, 2015. During this exercise Marines within the unit had the opportunity to work along-side platoons that they never had before.
