U.S. Marines with Fox Company, 2nd Battalion, 1st Marine Regiment and the Maritime Raid Force with the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit, fast rope from a CH-60 Seahawk with Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron 23 aboard the USS Boxer off the coast of southern California during their Sustainment Exercise Jan. 17, 2016.
