Cpl. Bobby Adkins, a motor transportation operator, evaluates Mauritanian soldiers during their final exercise in Tiguet, Islamic Republic of Mauritania, Feb. 17, 2016. Marines with Special-Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force Crisis Response-Africa spent five weeks with their Mauritanian counterparts training specialties including motor transportation and operations, supply, communications, medical and marksmanship. The training between the two militaries builds the Mauritanians’ logistics capacity to provide sovereign security and counter terrorism while strengthening the bond between the two countries.
