Greg Hudson, Mobile Aircraft Fire Training Device program manager and an Orlando, Florida, native, talks to the Marines about the functions of the Mobile Aircraft Fire Training Device aboard Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, California, Feb. 22. The MAFTD is a computer-operated device and the different functions are controlled via a panel. The MAFTD is used by Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting Marines to conduct live-fire training.
