Colonel Mark M. Tull, chief of staff, Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego and the Western Recruiting Region, places the first pinwheel in the ground during a Pinwheels for Prevention event behind the Marine Corps Exchange here, April 5. This was the 3rd annual event on the depot in recognition of National Child Abuse Prevention Month.
