U.S. Marines with Explosive Ordinance Disposal Company, 8th Engineer Support Battalion primes the M112 demolition charge during a clean-up shot aboard Camp Lejeune, N.C., April 1, 2016. Days prior to the clean-up shot, the Marines used the Thermally Controlled Explosive Removal System to safely remove the trinitrotoluene charge, commonly known as TNT, from the 155mm artillery round. The shells will later be used as displays to aid in teaching students about the characteristics of the round. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Cpl. Justin T. Updegraff/ Released)
