Cpl. Michael Gray, anti-tank missileman with 1st Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion and student in the Urban Leaders Course fires his M4 Carbine during a combat marksmanship program range at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, March 16, 2016. As a portion of the ULC, this range teaches Marines individual marksmanship and movement skills they need in order to move on to more advanced fire-team and squad-based tactics.
