Major General Richard L. Earlier this week, HIMARS were fired for the first time in the Philippines at Crow Valley. The HIMARS then displaced via C-17 Globemaster III from Crow Valley to Palawan to demonstrate its rapid maneuverability. In its 32nd iteration, BK16 trains U.S. service members “shoulder-to-shoulder” with members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines to increase combined readiness to crises and conflict across the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
