U.S. Marine Corps MV-22 Ospreys with Marine Medium Tilt-rotor squadron 262 transport Philippines, Austrailian and U.S. service members to Cagayancillo to participate in a cooperative health engagement during exercise Balikatan in the Philippines April 10, 2016. Balikatan, which means "shoulder to shoulder" in Filipino, is an annual bilateral training exercise focused on improving the ability of Philippine and U.S. military forces to work together during planning, contingency and humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
