Capt. Keith Toucey, company commander for 3rd Battalion, 2nd Marine Regiment, Kilo Company, feels over 1,000 volts flowing through his body from a taser during a non-lethal weapons course at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, July 15, 2016. Throughout the course they learned about various take-down techniques utilizing a police baton, riot control formations and tactics as well as the function and result of using a taser.
