Second Lieutenant David Higgins, (left) poses for a photo with his father, Col. David A. Higgins at his commissioning ceremony on June 2, 2016. Lieutenant Higgins shoots rifle professionally, and will be representing not only Team USA, but also the United States Marine Corps in the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio De Janeiro. Colonel Higgins is the G-3 Deputy of I Marine Expeditionary Force.
