Mongolian Armed Forces Senior Sgt. Mandaa Bayarsukh discusses riot control techniques with U.S. Marines with 3rd Law Enforcement Battalion, III Marine Expeditionary Force, during Non-Lethal Executive Seminar 2016 at the Five Hills Training Area, Mongolia, Sept. 19, 2016. Mongolian soldiers and National Police rehearsed various riot control formations. Non-lethal weapons are designed to incapacitate equipment and personnel while minimizing fatalities and permanent injury to personnel, and undesired collateral damage to property.
