TINIAN MEDICAL CLINIC, Tinian (Sept. 23, 2016) – U.S. Navy Seaman Apprentice Joshua Vang injects Novacaine into the gums of Gener Abaga, a resident of Tinian, during Valiant Shield 2016. As a community outreach for Tinian, U.S. Navy medical personnel opened up a dental clinic at the Tinian Medical Clinic to provide oral care for the residents on Tinian.
