The monitors from Manpower Management Division Enlisted Assignments are conducting an annual visit to Okinawa, Japan, during the week of October 25, 2016. By doing this monitors are able to sit down face-to-face with the Marines to discuss their future options. As a monitor they are responsible for conducting interviews with Marines to ensure they are stationed in positions where they have a better chance to grow individually and professionally.
