Master Gunnery Sgt. Eric Ingram sits down with Marines to help assist them in making well informed career decisions on Camp Kinser, Okinawa, Japan, Oct. 25, 2016. Ingram is a motor transport monitor for Manpower Management Division Enlisted Assignments, Headquarters United States Marine Corps. As a monitor, Ingram is responsible for conducting interviews with Marines to ensure they are stationed in positions where they have a better chance to grow individually and professionally.
