Cpl. Randy G. Thomas sits down with Master Gunnery Sgt. Eric Ingram to discuss his future Marine Corps path on Camp Kinser, Okinawa, Japan, October 25, 2016. Ingram is a motor transport monitor for Manpower Management Division Enlisted Assignments, Headquarters United States Marine Corps. As a monitor Ingram is responsible for conducting interviews with Marines to ensure they are stationed in positions where they have a better chance to grow individually and professionally.
