Constant Vigilance is an annual Marine Corps Installations Pacific exercise designed to validate and refine incident response procedures and train personnel on actions required in the event of a natural disaster. Both Marines are assigned to Headquarters Battalion, 3rd Marine Division, III Marine Expeditionary Force.
