Marines point to positions where they want a virtual target to be in order to call for mortar fire at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, N.C., Dec. 13, 2016. The virtual targets are part of the Augmented Immersive Team Trainer which can position a target anywhere. Having the capability of replacing actual targets with virtual targets allows Marines the ability to conduct training more efficiently without having to stop to rebuild targets. The Marines are with 2nd Battalion, 10th Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division.
