U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Emely Pimentel, base operations flight planning supervisor with Headquarters and Headquarters Squadron, does cool-down stretches on the final day of an eight-week course led by Force Fitness Instructors at Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni, Japan, March 17, 2017. Pimentel was part of the first group of Marines to undergo the course at MCAS Iwakuni. The recently implemented Force Fitness Instructors are capable of designing individual and unit-level holistic fitness programs, and they serve as subject matter experts on physical fitness and sports-related injury prevention.
