Marines with Chemical Biological Incident Response Force, extract and rescue a victim from a collapsed building at Guardian Centers in Perry, Georgia, March 23, 2017, during Exercise Scarlet Response 2017. The Marines conducted a search and rescue during a 36-hour field operation in order to extract victims in a simulated disaster. The field operation is the final event of the exercise.
