Instructors with Force Fitness Division from Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia visited MCAS Iwakuni during a Fitness Road Show to critique force-fitness instructors’ coaching and course and to answer any questions the teachers and students had. Force Fitness Instruction is a course intended to help Marines improve their fitness.
