Members of the Belize Special Assignment Group provide security while conducting a simulated raid on an overtaken hangar during Phase II of Exercise Tradewinds 2017 in Chaguaramas, Trinidad and Tobago, June 14, 2017. Tradewinds, sponsored by U.S. Southern Command, is an annual combined exercise designed to increase Caribbean security by enhancing the collective ability of the 20 participating nations to counter transnational organized crime and terrorism, and conduct humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
