U.S. Marine Corps Staff Sgt. Nicholas Clausing, left, a crewmaster with Marine Aerial Refueler Transport Squadron (VMGR) 152, and Lance Cpl. Cai Gutman, an aircrew trainee with VMGR-152, prepare for the arrival of an AH-1W Super Cobra helicopter during an air-delivered ground refueling training at Marine Corps Air Station Camp Pendleton, California, Dec. 7, 2017, as part of El Centro Horizon. The training allowed the VMGR-152 Marines to maintain combat readiness and proficiency in core mission skill sets in order to provide the Marine Air-Ground Task Force with an aerial refueler transport squadron capable of executing various missions across the world. El Centro Horizon is unit-level training detachment that provides VMGR-152 with more opportunities to increase squadron combat readiness through the diverse training ranges available in the area.
