Exercise Iron Fist brings together U.S. Marines from the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit and Soldiers from the Japanese Ground Self Defense Force, Western Army Infantry Regiment, to improve bilateral planning, communicating, and the conduct of combined amphibious operations.
