A Lance Corporal Seminar was conducted aboard Marine Corps Base Albany on Aug. 27-30. The purpose of the Seminar was to teach lance corporals how to lead there Marines when they become Non Commissioned Officers. There classes ranged from ethics and counseling to customs and courtesies.
