KADENA AIR BASE, OKINAWA, Japan – A Marine scans identification wrist bands during a noncombatant evacuation operations training exercise Aug. 6 at the Samurai Terminal on Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, Japan. Marines from 3rd Transport Support Battalion conducted a two-day NEO training to master the employment of the neo tracking system.
